Mr. Imran Hadi brings over 27 years of distinguished professional experience in finance,
leadership, and multinational operations. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and completed his chartered accountancy training with Ernst &
Young, Karachi.

Throughout his career, he has worked with leading global organizations including General
Electric (GE), Lockheed Martin, Lucent Technologies, Huawei Telecom, AXA Insurance, and Sumitomo Insurance, gaining extensive exposure to multinational corporate governance and financial systems.

In 2004, he joined Nokia during its global peak as Chief Financial Officer and served until 2012. During this period, he led finance operations across the Middle East & Africa (MEA) sub-region, overseeing eight countries including UAE, Lebanon, Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Afghanistan, Iran, and Pakistan. He was a key member of the regional leadership team and served as Director Finance for multiple legal entities.

His expertise in structured financial management, governance frameworks, outsourced accounting environments, and cross-border operations provides Golf Residency Apartments with strong institutional discipline and strategic financial stewardship.

Dr. Babar Saeed Khan brings over two decades of leadership experience across healthcare, research, and development sectors in the United States and Pakistan. He holds qualifications including M.B.B.S, M.P.H, CPI, and FAPCR, and is a Fellow of the Academy of Physicians in Clinical Research (USA).

He is also a Certified Principal Investigator (Association of Clinical Research Professionals) and a graduate of the prestigious Leadership Huntsville (Alabama, USA). Dr. Khan has served on the boards of multiple health, education, and development organizations, demonstrating his commitment to institutional growth and community advancement.

Building upon a longstanding professional relationship and shared vision with Mr. Imran Hadi, Dr. Khan formally joined as a partner in Golf Residency Apartments. His strategic insight, governance experience, and leadership background further strengthen the project’s foundation and long-term vision.

Mr. Ahmed Khan brings over 15 years of professional experience and is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

He has nearly a decade of experience working with the United Nations (UN) in the development sector, where he developed strong capabilities in strategic planning, stakeholder management, and institutional coordination. His exposure to international development frameworks has equipped him with a structured, results-oriented, and compliance-driven approach to operations.

Known for his strong communication skills and negotiation expertise, Mr. Ahmed has
successfully built strategic relationships and driven performance through client-focused
engagement. As Director Sales & Marketing, he leads branding, positioning, customer engagement, and sales strategy for Golf Residency Apartments, ensuring the project maintains strong market presence and investor confidence.
